Why You’ll Love These Chicken Breast Recipes

If there’s one protein I always have stocked in my freezer, it’s chicken breast. I like to buy it in bulk when it’s on sale to save money, and it cooks up quickly for easy weeknight meals. A true win-win! Many of these recipes are ready in 30 minutes or less. On top of that, these chicken breast ideas:

  • Use the best seasonings and marinades. I’ll show you how to whip up fresh, flavorful chicken marinades and spice blends from scratch. No bottled stuff here!
  • Prioritize easy and healthy meals. Two things I always look for when cooking dinner.
  • Great for weekly meal prep. Most of these recipes store well for several days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Batch cooking at its finest!

  1. No comment, I would just like to wish you a happy birthday and may you have many more special birthdays to come. I am now 83 and thought the same at your age. I have learned, as long as you think young, you will stay mentally young and not get old, no matter your true age.

  5. I loved this recipe. I don’t know if I read the recipe wrong, but I added ALL of the salt, cracked pepper and garlic powder mixture to season the raw chicken. Needless to say, the chicken was salty, but I just didn’t add any salt to the sauce and it was perfect!!5 stars

  6. Thank you for your excellent blog! I am trying to eat cleaner and I have definitely enjoyed listening to you and even trying your recipes. I followed your suggestion of prepping for the week and so far so good. I made your delicious hummus recipe and even cut celery and carrots in water and had it in my fridge. So today when I arrived home ravished with hunger instead of going to the bag of chips I had the hummus. My husband even liked it! Then I had some salmon that I had made for the week as well as a salad drizzled with your recommended lemon vinaigrette. Again, the food was so good. And tomorrow I will make your tzakaki recipe for grilled chicken that I also made over the weekend. Thank you Lisa. I am so excited about finding you online and feel good about the path that my better eating journey is taking.5 stars
