Strawberry Lemonade
I almost always have a pitcher of this strawberry lemonade for summer gatherings. I love how ripe strawberries and freshly squeezed lemon juice combine for the freshest, sweet-tart flavor!

Servings: 6 servings
- 1 pound fresh strawberries hulled
- 1 ½ cups fresh lemon juice from about 6 large lemons
- ½ cup honey
- 5 cups cold water
- lemon slices for garnish
Blend it up. Add the strawberries, honey, and 1 cup of water to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until very smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir together. Pour into a pitcher with the lemon juice and remaining 4 cups of water, and stir together. It will be a little frothy on top, that will settle over time, or you can skim the top froth off.
Serve. Enjoy the strawberry lemonade in a glass with ice for a refreshing drink!
- Storage: This will stay good in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
